What if I get sick during my placement?

There will always be a doctor not to far away. Most speak a little English but go armed with your phrase book. If it is more serious go to the nearest hospital and either yourself, a fellow volunteer, or a project organiser must phone your In-Country Coordinator. They will then, if needed, be able to make any necessary arrangements.

What if I have a problem during my placement?

Speak to your In-Country Coordinator. If you are not completely satisfied with their response contact your Venture Manager.

What if I want to stay longer/leave early?

Speak with your In-Country Coordinator who will contact your Venture Manager who will see what is possible and make any necessary arrangements.

What if I miss my flight to Thailand?

Make contact with your Venture Manager and who will contact your In-Country Coordinator and explain the situation. If your next available flight is not for a day or two you will have to make your own way to your Venture but we will help as much as possible.
